Delete your Goozal account.

You can request permanent deletion from Goozal’s Privacy & Data screen. This is the fastest and most secure method because you are already authenticated.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Goozal and go to Settings.
2. Select Privacy & Data.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the request after re-authentication.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@goozal.ai with the subject “Goozal account deletion request.” Do not send passwords, authentication codes, photos, or government identification. We will provide a secure verification step.

What is deleted

After verification, deletion includes your account, private skin and progress photos, cosmetic analysis results, routines, product shelf, preferences, and eligible support content.

What may be retained

Records required for security, fraud prevention, payment, refund, tax, dispute, or legal obligations may be retained only as required and separated from active product data. Backups expire according to the published retention schedule.

Timing

Your account is restricted while deletion is processed. The service will confirm completion after active data and private objects have been removed and verified.
