These terms govern your use of Goozal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Cosmetic wellness only

Goozal provides educational and cosmetic skincare guidance. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, prevent, monitor or treat disease, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Seek qualified care for symptoms, reactions, or concerns.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for having the right to upload any content you provide. Upload only your own skin photos and accurate information. Do not use the service for another person without a separately approved consent flow.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass security, access another account, overload the service, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malicious material, or use outputs to make medical or discriminatory decisions.

AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Results depend on lighting, camera quality, pose, and normal variation. Always patch test products, follow manufacturer directions, and stop use if irritation occurs.

Subscriptions

If paid plans are offered, price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and platform billing terms will be shown before purchase. Store purchases are also governed by Apple or Google terms.

Availability and changes

Features may change as we improve safety and reliability. We may suspend access to protect users or the service. Material changes to these terms will be communicated as required.
