Goozal is designed to provide cosmetic skincare guidance while giving you meaningful control over your personal information. This policy explains the intended handling of data in our mobile and web services.

Information we collect

Depending on the features you choose, Goozal may process account identifiers, profile preferences, skincare goals, product and routine information, skin photos, analysis results, progress notes, support messages, and purchase status. We minimize collection and do not collect payment-card details.

Skin photos and sensitive information

Skin photos are private and used only to provide features you request. Consent to process a photo is separate from optional consent to retain it for progress tracking. We do not use facial recognition, create face embeddings, infer identity or ethnicity, or sell photos.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate you, provide cosmetic appearance observations, personalize routines, compare progress, maintain subscriptions, secure the service, respond to support requests, and comply with law. Goozal is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat conditions.

Service providers

We may use carefully selected infrastructure, authentication, AI-processing, payment, communication, and support providers acting on our behalf. Production providers and regional processing details will be listed here before public launch. We do not use personal data for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

Processing-only images are scheduled for deletion after processing within the approved short retention window. Photos intentionally saved for progress remain until you delete them, withdraw retention consent, or the approved retention period ends. Backups and legally required records may expire later under documented schedules.

Your choices

You can change consent choices, delete photos, request a portable export, and request account deletion. Visit our account deletion page or contact privacy@goozal.ai.

Security and children

We use encryption in transit, private account-scoped storage, access controls, and limited-duration access links. Goozal is intended only for adults aged 18 or older.
