Before you contact us

Include your app version, device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Use a privacy-minimized account identifier if the app provides one.

Privacy requests

For data access, export, or deletion, use the controls inside Goozal or follow the instructions on the account deletion page. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@goozal.ai.

Safety

Goozal cannot provide emergency or medical support. If you have a severe reaction or urgent health concern, stop using the relevant product and contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.
